Eric Green - VP Commercial Operations

Mr. Green is a Vice President of Backstrom McCarley Berry & Co., LLC in the firm's Indianapolis office. He has served as a financial advisor with American Portfolios, Wachovia Securities, and Prudential Securities. Previously he served as an investment executive with Fifth Third Securities and began his financial services career with Indiana National Bank. He has served as co-manager on issues for Indianapolis Local Public Improvement Bond Bank (Sanitary District), Indiana State University and Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana. Mr. Green completed his BA in Business Administration at the University of Kentucky.

Shek Borkowski - GM/Head Coach

Mr. Borkowski was FC Indiana women's coach from 2004 to 2009 and returns to the club after one year of coaching Russian champions Zvezda-2005. Three League titles, two Open Cups and five victories over national teams have been amassed in his 5 years at the helm, including League and Cup ‘double’ in 2005. Renowned as a tactically astute coach with a rare ability to spot and develop players from around the world, Mr. Borkowski has had vital input into all areas affecting FC Indiana teams — from the squad’s diet and training methods to the design of the new FC Indiana soccer complex.
His calm demeanor is reflected by the style of his teams, which he encourages to play attacking, attractive and winning soccer. Mr. Borkowski is the only women's club soccer coach in the world to win titles on two continents.

Liz Alvarez - Media Relations

Ms. Alvarez has operated as an independent public relations consultant in Central Indiana since 1998. Assisting clients both large and small, in industries as varied as high technology and health care to entertainment and publishing, Alvarez's creative ideas and media contacts have contributed to her success. She has provided public relations services to The Wall Street Journal's WSJ.com, Janssen Pharmaceutical, JVC, Marquis Who's Who, and Music Sales Corporation. Ms. Alvarez holds a MA from Pepperdine University, and a BA from Indiana University.
